Send Your Artwork

Fill in our quote form and upload a link to your artwork (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer). Include any details about the size, fabric, colour preferences, and machine format you need.

Tip: Even a rough sketch or low-res image is fine — we'll work with whatever you have.

Receive a Free Quote

We review your artwork and respond with a detailed, no-obligation quote — typically within a few hours. The quote includes price, turnaround time, and any questions we may have about your design.

Tip: Our quote is always free. You're under no obligation to proceed.

We Get to Work

Once you approve the quote, our expert digitizers begin working on your file immediately. We carefully optimise every stitch path, underlay, and colour to ensure the cleanest possible result.

Tip: Most standard orders are ready in under 24 hours. Rush service available.

Review the Digital Proof

Before you pay anything, we send you a digital proof to review. Check it carefully — if there's anything you'd like changed, just let us know. We'll revise it as many times as needed at no charge.

Tip: Check size, colour, stitch direction, and any text before approving.

Pay Securely

Once you're happy with the proof, complete your payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or any of our supported payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Tip: You only pay after approving the proof — never upfront.

Download Your Files

Your finished files are delivered by email in whatever format you specified. Files are stored in our system for lifetime access — you can request them again any time, free of charge.

Tip: Need a different format later? Just ask — we keep your files forever.

What We Need From You

The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate your result will be.

Your Artwork

Any format works — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD. Higher resolution is better but not essential. Even a photo of a hand-drawn sketch is fine.

Tell us where the design will be placed (e.g. left chest, cap front) and the finished size in inches or mm.

Thread Colours

Let us know your preferred thread colours or Pantone references. If you're unsure, we'll suggest the closest match.

Machine Format

Tell us which embroidery machine you use and we'll supply the correct file format (DST, PES, JEF, VP3, etc.).
